Some people have great ideas. But turn ideas into Service and get sales is hard, due to limit resources or can’t find the right market. I and my team have the same problem. The bad aspect of the problem is I am 31 and this is the first time I realize the problem clearly.
Luckily, Cyberdino team are very young and passion, I will write this article and let’ team review the idea then try to execute the Journey. We will start from zero to success.

Bring the Software to Market as Service
Follow the Idea to Service, I found that there are many details for Software as Service development are missing in details, that’s why make new process. The new process may be heavy, but for now it contains all necessary steps to solve Market’s problems and develop a Software as take care of the Business.
I. Some common scenarios around the Internet.
After realize the problem, I try to research around the Internet and asking LLMs. I found the common scenario are:
1. The most common scenario.
Research the market → Ideas → PoC/ MVP/ Protptype → Test → Improve → Scale.
Somes articles will recommend to use PDCA loop to continuous improvement above process until the service good enough for the scale:
Research the market → Ideas → loop (PoC/ MVP/ Protptype → Test → Improve) → Scale.
This scenario look fomal and like a standard way to implement any service.
2. The “LEAN Startup” way.
A common successful scenario is “LEAN Startup” scenario. This scenario focus on create a product that customer want and use less resource as much as possible.
I strongly recommend to read this book to save your resources and create a successful product/ service. I use the same method of the book mention when writing this article.
II The Dino way.
Cyberdino should serve the needs of its members (Dinozers). Then the needs of Customers will be serve automatically and perfectly by happy Dinozers.
Each time when a Dinozer created a service, they should consider about the Vision of the service, not only quick adapt and releases.

Market Problem → Ideas → Ideas Blue Print → LEAN canvas → Service Blueprint → Development (Agile) → Release.
The advance of this methods are:
Arrange Ideas into Idea Blueprint.
Use LEAN canvas to analysis cost, prices, shadow prices customer segment… It also inherit the advance of “LEAN startup method”.
Service blueprint will focus into Customer’s emotions.
